Mission

  • Our goal is simple: improve access to healthcare while reducing time out of school. By offering medical care directly at school, students can receive diagnosis and treatment quicker, so they can return to the classroom sooner. This initiative brings healthcare to where students are, minimizing disruptions to both learning and daily routines.

How it works

  • Where: At every Princeton Public School through the School Health Office.
    Who: Available to families with children in ECFE or Preschool at the Family Center, all K-12 students, and school employees.
    When: During regular school hours, on days when school is in session.
    How: Patients connect with a provider at Advocate Urgent Care via telehealth. Parents/Guardians can join the visit too.

  • How It Works:

    • Fast: Get diagnosed and treated all within the school day.

    • Convenient: Healthcare providers are available via telehealth in the school health office. Parents/Guardians can join the visit too.

    • Expert Care: School health office staff will help with telehealth appointments for common illnesses like ear infections, sore throats, and respiratory issues. Onsite tests for strep, RSV, COVID, and flu are available.
